* Please send your manuscript, DOUBLE spaced throughout in Times-new-Roman 12pt font include
electronic versions of figures and tables.
* Please submit your manuscript at this stage (for
revision) as a pdf file with tables and figures embedded, i.e. a single file, with lines
numbered and word file with text.

* Genus and species names should be in italic e.g.
Fallopia japonica. Authorities of scientific names should be given at first mention
e.g. Fallopia japonica (Houtt.) Ronse Decraene. The genus name may be abbreviated after
first mention e.g. F. japonica.
* Tables and figures also on SEPARATE sheets (high
quality originals please)
* Captions for figures and tables also on a SEPARATE
sheet
* The maximum size of the file that we would receive
by e-mail, is 10 MB, according to our internet provider/server (and according to the possibility
of exchanging documents between editors).
For larger files and/or high quality pictures or drawings we invite participants to send data
on cd-rom/dvd via ordinary mail or good printings on paper, by ordinary mail.
